2D CAD Conversion of Paper Plans

We provide a CAD conversion service for transferring hand sketches and plan drawings into any required CAD format.Engineering and shop drawings can also be produced from  existing designs suitable for HVAC, product design, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, retail and commercial spaces.

HVAC Drawings

Our CAD detailing services support Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) projects. Capabilities include overlay contractor drawings with clean up, schedules, location and workshop specifications for ductwork, equipment detailing and mounting. Legacy Data

Superseded CAD systems often contain valuable company information considered too time consuming and expensive to recreate. This can result in a legacy system being maintained to access data which never gets upgraded to the new CAD software.

Patent Drawings

Clear and concise line drawings are an integral part of patent applications.  To help protect a client's intellectual property, DAP can assist with technical illustrations and use a combination of graphic design and CAD software packages.

Several drawing views, sections and details are often required to capture your invention. We can use your loose concept pages with initial ideas through to manipulating existing or creating new CAD data.

Production Drawings

To proceed to the manufacturing stage, a client’s design shop drawings are needed to specify details and instruct production staff. We can construct such drawings on our standard templates in the software selected or work with a client’s customised set ups.

All materials, finishes and tolerance information can be captured along with Bill Of Materials (BOM’s) and special notations. Drawings can also include Mandarin notes to help clarify the requirements on the shop floor in China.
