A metal balustrade incorporating a cityscape theme creates a striking impression for patrons as they descend the stairs of the newly built 31 Below bar.

Lygon Constructions created the bar by refurbishing the old cellars of the Olympic Hotel in Preston. They entrusted MSK Sheetmetal who specialise in custom design and build of balustrades to develop the unique look. DAP’s input to the project included detailing the concept in CAD, generating computer renderings, developing the production files for laser cutting and installation drawings.
