Pilot Runs & Low Volume Production

Pilot runs are relatively short periods of manufacture and assembly often undertaken on the production line. The process is constructive as assembly workers learn the required processes and potential problems are identified and eliminated early. It delivers low volumes of product suitable for field testing ahead of commercialisation.

Gears
